A Colorado girl at heart, Sherry Stoppel was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, where she first learned the profound sense of security and belonging that comes with owning a home. That early experience sparked a passion for real estate that continues to guide her work today.

Sherry has proudly called North Carolina home for the past seven years. She has embraced the area’s beautiful tree-lined landscapes, mild climate, and easy access to the coast, and she loves helping others discover what makes this region such a wonderful place to live.

With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, along with a background in banking and transaction coordination, Sherry offers her clients a deep understanding of the home buying and selling process from start to finish. For the past nine years, she has had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with confidence and peace of mind.

Sherry’s love for real estate began when her parents purchased their first home while she was in fifth grade. She still remembers the REALTOR® stopping by after closing with a simple houseplant. That thoughtful gesture left a lasting impression and symbolized the security, stability, and treasured memories that a home can provide.

Known for her honest guidance, calm demeanor, and genuine care for her clients, Sherry is committed to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Sherry is a proud mother of two grown children and a devoted grandmother. Her grandchild is truly the light of her life. She and her family also share their home with two beloved rescue dogs, Gunner and Gwennie, who keep life full of love and laughter.

When she’s not helping clients, you’ll often find Sherry with a good book in one hand and a perfectly brewed cup of coffee in the other. She proudly admits she may be a bit of a coffee snob and enjoys discovering cozy coffee shops almost as much as she enjoys helping clients find the perfect place to call home.
