Hi, I'm Rossana! I spent my early years in Central New York before spontaneously packing up my car and heading south to North Carolina in my early twenties. I only had to visit Raleigh once to know this is where I belong. Over the years, this area has truly become home, and I've loved building my life, raising my family, and meeting my best friends here.

Before real estate, I spent many years in the restaurant industry, where I learned the value of hard work, staying calm under pressure, and building genuine relationships by treating guests like family. Those experiences shaped the way I work for my clients today. I'm solution-oriented, easy to communicate with, and committed to making the buying or selling process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

When I'm not working, you can find me checking out all the local coffee shops, reading a new book, hand-sewing crafts, or at the gym. Most of all, I love spending quality time at home with my husband (a golf instructor), my amazing son, and my three dogs: Kermit (mutt), Izzy (greyhound), and Zara (pitty).
