Pat Sweeney

I began my real estate career in 2000, driven by a simple goal: to create a life that
allowed me more time with my family. As a young father of four, I knew flexibility
mattered. While the early years were busy and demanding, the long-term vision
paid off.
With more than 25 years in the business and hundreds of successful transactions
behind me, I’ve seen just about every situation buyers, sellers and investors can
face. Experience teaches things no textbook can, and that hard-earned wisdom is
what I now bring to every client relationship.
I understand that buying, selling or investing in a home is one of the biggest
decisions people make, and it often comes down to one important question: Who
can I trust to guide me through it? I take that responsibility seriously and work hard
to ensure my clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Family has always been at the center of my life. I’ve been married for 38 years, have
four children, and am the proud grandfather of two (so far). I know firsthand how
deeply family considerations impact real estate decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and spending time in nature. I’m also the creator of a
