Kaytie Stapleton

Kaytie Stapleton is a North Carolina native and Raleigh-based real estate advisor. Having spent her life in the state, she brings a strong understanding of the local market along with a genuine connection to the community she serves.

Before real estate, Kaytie built her background in sales, marketing, and client-facing roles, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people and guide them through important decisions. Her approach is simple. She keeps things clear, organized, and moving while making sure her clients feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

She also has a background in photography, with work that has been published, giving her a strong eye for detail, composition, and how a home is presented. Having worked alongside creatives in design-focused environments, she brings an added layer of perspective when it comes to showcasing a space and helping clients see its potential.

As the spouse of an Army veteran, Kaytie understands the challenges that can come with relocating and navigating major life transitions. She brings both empathy and strategy to her work, helping clients feel supported no matter where they are in the process.

She is also actively involved in her local school community and serves on the PTA, which reflects her commitment to supporting families and staying connected to the community she serves.

Outside of real estate, Kaytie is a wife and mom of two who enjoys creating at home, whether that is trying new recipes, decorating, or capturing everyday moments through photography. At home, she also has two goldendoodles, Houston and Dallas, who keep things lively. She values authenticity, connection, and building a life that feels both meaningful and well lived.
