With a background in entrepreneurship, sales leadership, and business operations, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to coaching agents at every stage of their careers. Having built her own business before transitioning into real estate leadership, Kay understands firsthand what it takes to grow a business from the ground up.

Throughout her career, Kay has led and developed high-performing teams, created scalable training programs, and implemented systems that help agents build lasting success. She believes great leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions, removing obstacles, and empowering others to achieve more than they thought possible. Her coaching style blends accountability with genuine support, helping each agent build a business that reflects their unique strengths, goals, and vision for success.

Returning to North Carolina is a meaningful full-circle moment for Kay and her family. It’s where she and her husband, Jap, first began building the life they share today—from launching business ventures together to purchasing their first investment property and laying the foundation for the future they envisioned. Today, they’re proud to call the Carolina coast home, where they’re raising their adventurous two-year-old son, JJ. When she’s away from the office, Kay enjoys exploring the coast with her family, getting lost in a great book, expressing her creativity through painting, discovering new local coffee shops, and dreaming up her next big idea. She believes the best businesses—and the best lives—are built with purpose, curiosity, and meaningful relationships.
