Holly Phelps

Holly Phelps is a North Carolina Realtor with experience in land, new construction, and everything in between. Originally from eastern North Carolina, Holly grew up in North Raleigh before earning her degree from North Carolina State University.

Holly began her real estate career as an intern in 2018 and transitioned into new construction in 2020, gaining valuable insight into the many details of the homebuilding process. In 2023, she expanded into general brokerage, allowing her to serve a wide range of clients including first time buyers, investors, and those purchasing land or new construction.

Her passion for real estate began long before her career. Growing up, Holly watched her parents thoughtfully invest in homes and renovate them over time. This experience gave her an early understanding of how real estate can create both opportunity and long-term value. Seeing those homes transform shaped her belief that a home is more than just a place to live. It is where families gather, memories are made, and life unfolds.

Today Holly serves clients across the Triangle and eastern North Carolina, guiding buyers and sellers through everything from first homes to land purchases, new construction, and investment opportunities. Known for her thoughtful approach and strong understanding of both suburban and rural markets, Holly works closely with clients to help them identify properties that align with their long term goals and lifestyle. Whether a client is searching for a historic farmhouse with character, land to build on, or a newly constructed home, Holly enjoys helping people find the right property for the next chapter of their lives.

Outside of real estate, Holly enjoys spending time with family and riding horses, and she has a deep appreciation for the rural and equestrian lifestyle many of her clients seek.
