Frances Fuller

With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, I bring a comprehensive background in financial management, strategic planning, and operational oversight within the real estate industry. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance to further strengthen my expertise in financial leadership and analysis.

Throughout my career, I have served in controller-level roles overseeing financial operations for property management portfolios, long-term and short-term rental properties, and real estate transactions. My experience includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and driving financial strategies that support organizational growth and profitability.

As Director of Finance, I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to improve financial performance, streamline processes, and support sound business decision-making. I take pride in building strong financial foundations that enable organizations to achieve their long-term goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, baking sourdough bread, and expanding my collection of more than 100 houseplants. These hobbies reflect the same patience, discipline, and attention to detail that I bring to my professional endeavors every day.
