Felicia “Duchess” Earl, is a polished, skilled, and vetted Real Estate Broker/Owner with 22 years of real estate experience.She hails as the duchess of real estate and has been nicknamed “the energy producer” by her colleagues. Felicia grew up in VA on the Rappahannock River in the Northern Neck and moved to Wilmington,NC upon graduating from high school. The next adventure was relocating to Las Vegas for a year of fun, adventure, and the unknown. This journey led to graduating from The Art Institute of Las Vegas in Interior Design. The East Coast beckoned Felicia to come back with open arms which entailed relocating to Savannah GA in 2002. She became a licensed Realtor in Savannah GA in 2003 and is still currently Owner/Broker of Felicia & Company, LLC in Savannah, GA. Felicia graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University with a Major in Gender Studies/Minor in Psychology while selling full time and graduated in 2014. Felicia and her husband resided in Savannah for 13 yrs and now reside in Raleigh, NC. Fun fact, Felicia is a huge car enthusiast and currently in the #90’s for cars purchased and confident to hit #100 in the future, ha! My passionate love for dogs is evident with our family of “fur” babies. We currently have our three Afghan Hounds Sebastian, Ranger, & Dagger, and our little princess Shih Tzu Coco. I love to garden, plant flowers, landscape design, shop for yard art, galleries, etc. Hockey games are our favorite pastime as well as escaping to the coast! We have been happy to be back in North Carolina and love the weather, culture, sports, and all that Raleigh has to offer!
