Deandre Wooten

My name is Deandre Wooten, and I am a Realtor with Navigate Realty in Jacksonville, NC. Real estate to me is about more than buying or selling a property. It is about helping families build wealth, create stability, and find a place that truly feels like home. Before stepping into real estate, I spent 8 years with Bosch Home Appliances, working as a Logistics Specialist. That role taught me discipline, strong communication skills, and attention to detail, which I now carry into every client relationship.

I chose real estate as part of a bigger vision of investing and creating opportunities for my family and community. Along the way, I have been grateful for the chance to walk with people through major life moments, whether it is purchasing a first home, upgrading as their family grows, or selling a property filled with memories. As a father and a man of faith, I know how important these decisions are. My son Myles is my greatest motivation, and he pushes me to serve others with honesty, dedication, and genuine care. I enjoy meeting new people, building connections, and sharing laughs, because I believe relationships are at the heart of both life and business.

Outside of real estate, I am committed to growth and balance. One of my biggest enjoyments in life is laughter, which I try to present to each of my clients to help ease up through what can sometimes seem like a daunting process. My hobbies that keep me grounded are playing pool, spending time with family, and going to the gym. My faith, my family, and my personal passions remind me daily why I do this work.
