Hey y’all! I’m Danielle, a REALTOR® with Navigate Realty, proudly serving clients across North Carolina. As a lifelong North Carolinian, this state isn’t just where I work-it’s home. I grew up in Johnston County, have worked throughout Wake, Rowan, and Johnston Counties, and now live in Durham County. This gives me firsthand knowledge of many of the communities I serve. I love helping clients find a home that fits both their lifestyle and their goals.

I’ve personally gone through three home transactions, purchasing my first home at just 23 years old. I understand the emotions that come with buying or selling, from excitement to uncertainty and everything in between. My role is to guide you through the process, simplify the real estate terminology, and ensure you feel confident every step of the way.

I’m a graduate of West Johnston High School and East Carolina University, and I earned my real estate license through the Superior School of Real Estate. While I’ll always be an ECU Pirate, I don’t mind cheering for NC State when it comes to a local team.

In addition to real estate, I bring over 7 years of experience as a nurse, which has shaped the way I serve my clients- with patience, clear communication, genuine care, and regular updates along the way. I love connecting with people and helping them take meaningful steps toward homeownership!
