I came to real estate after a career shaped by curiosity, education, hospitality, and a deep appreciation for the things that make a place feel like home. Before becoming a broker, I earned my master’s degree at UC Davis, where I also taught and developed a love for helping people think clearly, ask better questions, and make sense of complex ideas. That academic foundation still informs the way I guide clients today, with patience, strategy, and careful attention to detail.

My path also took me through the worlds of artisan cheese, craft beer, food, and hospitality, where I learned the value of listening well, building trust, and helping people make confident decisions. I have always been drawn to the stories behind what people love, whether that is a neighborhood, a home, a meal, a great book, a record, or a beautifully made beer or cheese.

Today, as a Triangle-area broker with Navigate Realty, I bring that same blend of curiosity, care, and expertise to every buyer I serve. I love helping clients understand the market, think through their options, and navigate the moving pieces of the home buying process with confidence. Outside of real estate, I am happiest cooking, reading, listening to music, and spending time with my family, especially my daughter, Jeanie, who reminds me every day that home is not just where we live. It is where the best parts of life unfold.
