Austin Hoover

I'm Austin Hoover. Originally from Huntington, West Virginia, I moved to Tampa, Florida shortly after igh school, where I began my journey in commercial real estate. In 2023, my wife and I relocated to Jacksonville, North Carolina, where I transitioned into residential property management. After gaining valuable experience in 4 years of managing about 900 homes, working closely with owners and tenants, I followed my passion for helping families achieve homeownership and transitioned into residential real estate sales in 2025.
Today, I proudly serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Eastern North Carolina. I specialize in working with VA buyers, first time homebuyers, and investment properties, drawing on my background in commercial real estate and property management to provide clients with a well rounded perspective throughout every stage of the transaction. Whether you're purchasing your first home, relocating to the area, or building your investment portfolio, my goal is to make the process clear, straightforward, and as stress free as possible.

For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It's about building lasting relationships and helping people confidently navigate one of life's biggest decisions. While building our community at the same time. I believe communication, honesty, and education are the foundation of every successful client relationship, and I strive to be a trusted resource long after closing day.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife and our two children, cooking something from scratch, trying out a new local restaurant, or enjoying the outdoors. I feel incredibly grateful to call coastal North Carolina home and look forward to helping others find a place to call home here as well.
