Amber Dawn Reavis

Amber Dawn Reavis knows the Triangle so well that she could be your local tour guide! Amber is a Raleigh-born and Wake County-schooled North Carolinian who knows all the local spots and sees familiar faces at every corner!. Amber grew up helping with many day-to-day tasks of running three local family-owned businesses. Subsequently, this is where she learned the values of service, hard work, and dedication early on.

She attended North Carolina State University on a full scholarship where she wrote and edited for its online magazine, Americana, while working and earning a bachelor's degree in English. Amber's love for learning and education brought her back to NC State for English Education Licensure. While still a student herself, she began tutoring middle schoolers and started teaching in Wake County, where she worked for several years, most recently in a resource setting.

Amber's start in real estate began in property management. Over a decade ago, she was recommended by her own apartment's manager to apply for a leasing consultant position. After starting in the property management industry while still teaching, she built on her knowledge of marketing, fair housing, home maintenance, and much more. Amber's unwavering commitment to strong customer service and attention to organization and detail helped her bring her apartment community to 100 percent leased and pre-leased status. What began as a summer job became a passion and a place of continuous learning, leading her to pursue education yet again- this time in real estate.

Outside of real estate, Amber is a mother, wife, and yogi who loves giving back to her community and all things artistic. Amber volunteers with the PTA and has volunteered with local arts programs, including the North Carolina Museum of Art. Amber enjoys helping others also reach their goals, reading, writing, visual and performing arts, music, languages, cooking, hiking, and traveling with her family.

Amber is a caring and dependable person who lives by the values of excellence, service, and continuous learning.
