Nevada Smith Jr.

I am Nevada Smith Jr., born and raised in the great city of Raleigh, North Carolina. I truly love my city, my community, and the great efforts Raleigh has made to be one of the best places to live and raise a family. I have degrees from Wake Technical Community College and Appalachian State University, both concentrating in business management. I come with 13 years of customer service experience, with 8 of those years being in management.

I am a lover of all sports. Growing up I played football, basketball, bowling, golf, and track & field. Now that I am a little older and wiser, I watch and talk about my favorite sports all the time. I am a family man, my family means the world to me, and spending time with them is what brings me great joy. Music is also one of my passions, I can talk about music twenty-four hours a day. I love hip-hop, gospel, r&b soul, and old school jams, and I sincerely believe music is a universal language that allows us to connect on so many levels.

Real estate has been my passion since I was a child, and I finally took a leap of faith to pursue my dreams and goals. I want to educate my community, friends, and family on the importance of generational wealth. It is important to know the benefits of ownership, putting yourself and the people around you in the best position in this thing we call life.
