This Motto has led Joan through a 35-year career as a retail Executive, her years in retail have taught Joan the importance of client satisfaction- Listening to true needs and goals of her clients. Paying attention to details, her organization and negotiating skills that led her to be a great leader in retail will make her a great match in assisting anyone with buying and selling properties.

Prior to settling in Wilmington Joan Lived in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida. Joan understands the importance of all the details associated with big or small moves, she will be able to get you thru all your needs.

Joan’s Love for her family brought her and her husband to Wilmington, she has 2 children- her daughter a graduate of East Carolina who lives in Wilmington with her husband and her 2 fabulous Grandchildren. Her son is a graduate of North Carolina State University who lives in Raleigh.

Joan loves everything about Wilmington! It is a great coastal city with a rich history and the best beaches around. Joan’s a beach girl at heart and loves being near the water. Her enthusiasm and excitement for Wilmington is contagious.
